Robert and Narcissa's Assignments have always been about others as far as they can remember. They went to Passaic High School together and graduated in 1982. They reconnected and attended their 20-year class reunion in 2002.
Then, the two became one in marriage in 2006. Pastor Robert L. Nelson, Jr., and Co-Pastor Narcissa H. Nelson didn't know what God was preparing them for, but they now understand it was never about them; it was about being "The Leaders" for YOU, through “Leader On Assignment!
They believe we are ALL on a mission and journey to walk boldly and rightfully in our purpose. They understand their importance because each of us is born with unique talents and abilities meant to help one another.
Now, they are ready and willing to assist those assigned to them through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, biblical structure, and many testimonies.
Many people feel stagnant, unclear, and confused about their identity and vision, making it impossible to move confidently in their purpose. Robert and Narcissa have been through trials, tribulations, and tests, and they are qualified to show and explain how IMPORTANT you are.
