Our assignment has always been about others since we can remember apart, then as we were becoming as one in 2006.  When Pastor, Robert L. Nelson, Jr., and Co-Pastor, Narcissa Nelson connected 17 years ago we didn't know where or what God was preparing us for.  What an experience and preparation it has been but it wasn't about us it was about being "Leaders On Assignment" for YOU!  We are ALL on a mission and journey to walk boldly and rightfully in our purpose.  We are important and needed because we were born with different unique talents and abilities.  We are ready and willing to help those who are being assigned to us in every possible way with guidance, structure, and testimonies or if you're just stagnant and unclear about your vision to move forward with confidence.  We have been through trials, tribulation, tests and we are qualified to show and explain how IMPORTANT we and you are.  We are dedicated to helping you help yourself in developing that uniqueness about you that needs to be released for a meaningful impact on people that are waiting for YOU!  Yes, individuals are assigned to you and those that come through our Mentorship, One on One sessions, group sessions and Coaching Course program will have the meaning of who, where, why, what and where of your existence.  Leaders On Assignment is about supporting and to bring out the best in YOU!
